Cutting data for HW through hole drills bits is Speed:4500-8000(r/min), Feeding speed:2-8(m/min)
Maximum drilling depth for length 57mm drills is 20mm, for 70mm drills, Max drilling depth is 33mm.

What to do if there is No chip-removal or cutting is not smooth when drilling?
The reason may be the drills structure the size of the spiral groove and the lead (helix angle) are too small, maybe the transition between the alloy and the tool body is not smooth enough, maybe the main relief angle is too small or even a secondary value, maybe the center point is manufactured too short and thick, it is easy to cause non-cutting or poor cutting during drilling, The solution is make correction on the design of the dowel drills bit.
Analysis from the user’s point of view: If a high-speed machine tool (4500rpm) or higher is used (under normal circumstances, the machine speed for the row of drill bits is 2800 to 3500), and the drill bits are not special designed, and the machine tool air pressure is insufficient, the plate is just pasted with glue and not dry material (density board), if the plate itself contains too much glue, etc., it is easy to cause the cutting problem, then you need to check the machine and have a try a special designed drill bits.
The lowest level of error is to reverse the left and right rotation. This problem is relatively easy to solve: the main thing is first clarify the user's machine parameters, the user's wood condition, and determine whether to directly use the standard dowel drill bit or design special drill bit according to these conditions.
